The 2026 SFS PI Meeting and Symposium will feature NSF and OPM briefings, invited speakers, and PI presentations focused on curriculum innovation and educational programs in AI and other emerging technologies, including their integration with cybersecurity. Participants will also exchange best practices for managing SFS projects and share research outcomes and partnership experiences at the intersection of cybersecurity and AI (CyberAI).

Update: The pre-symposium workshops and tutorials originally scheduled for Tuesday, the 27th, have been rescheduled, and updated dates will be shared in the coming weeks. The main NSF SFS PI Meeting events on Wednesday, the 28th, and Thursday, the 29th, will proceed as planned.

Parking & Transportation
If you intend to drive to the event, there are two paid parking garages at Mason Square. Both garages use an app for payment. When you park, there will be signs around the garage that have a QR code that links to the payment site. Service is spotty in the garages, so you may need to take a picture of your license plate and enter the required information once you are above ground.

The entrance is located on Founders Way North, located behind Van Metre Hall off Kirkwood Road. To access the Van Metre Hall garage, use the alley behind Van Metre Hall, turning off either Kirkwood Drive (behind Hazel Hall) or on Washington Boulevard at the traffic signal between Giant and the Vernon Smith Building. The Van Metre parking garage is well-marked by signage on Founders Way North.
